Privacy Policy

The short version

I don't collect your data. None of my extensions send any information to me or any third party. I don't have analytics, telemetry, or tracking of any kind. I don't even have a server to receive data.

What data is stored

All data stays in your browser's local storage:

• Steam Market History Helper: Your transaction history in a local SQLite database (OPFS). Account metadata in Chrome storage.
• Steam Market Item Price Tracker: Your tracking preferences and alert settings in Chrome storage.

What network requests are made

The extensions only communicate with Steam and related services:

• History Helper & Price Tracker: Requests to steamcommunity.com and store.steampowered.com — to fetch your own market data.

What is NOT collected

• No analytics or usage statistics
• No telemetry or error reporting
• No personal information
• No browsing history or behavior tracking
• No cookies set by the extensions

Third-party services

None of the extensions use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data portability

Your data is yours. History Helper supports full database backup, JSON export, and CSV export. Price Tracker supports JSON backup of your tracking list. You can export everything and delete the extension at any time.
